Park Meadows

Park Meadows is located north of Prospector, and offers a homey community feel.  This peaceful neighborhood offers alpine views well supporting wildlife.  

Park Meadows is a highly desirable neighborhood for many Park City full time residents.  However, the second home market has been and continues to expand throughout all of Park City.  Housing is diverse offering a high volume of ranch style homes, but also condos and townhomes. The neighborhood boarder’s Park Meadow Country Club, which offers a beautifully designed Jack Nicklaus golf course. The MARC Recreation Center is also close by.  A number of great schools are in immediate distance including, McPolin Elementary, Treasure Mountain Junior High, and Park City High. This area also offered s quick drive to the Alpine Coaster and other festivities.
