Pinebrook is located on the south side of 1-80 – the main interstate traveling into Park City, and about 2 miles west of Kimball Junction - Park City’s main exit.  Nestled amongst stately pines, Pinebrook offers the sense of being a bit more secluded.  There is a significant change in elevation from lower to upper Pinebrook, because of this homes feel either tucked in or may offer majestic mountain views.  The neighborhood is dominated by single family homes and primary home owners; however, townhomes and condos can be found in lower Pinebrook. There are a number of trail systems which lead through Pinebrook into greater Park City making this area a pleasant and beautiful place to live for those who enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and snowshoeing.

For the most immediate shopping, dining and grocery pick up look to Quarry Village.  A short drive offers access to Park City Main Street, ski resorts, Kimball Junction, and MARC Recreation Center.  This area is also a quick commute into Salt Lake, making it a desirable spot for many who work there.
