St George

Love the idea of moving to the great Rocky Mountains, but have an aversion to the winter cold?  St George is the place for you! Southern Utah is a great deal warmer than norther Utah, and offers speedy access to Zion National Park - only 46 miles away.

The warm climate makes St George  a top destination for golf.  Favorite courses include: Dixie Red Hills Golf Course, The Ledges Golf Course, Southgate Golf Club and Sky Mountain Golf Course. Each course is set against red rock or black lava with majestic mountain and valley views.

Local Restaurants are found in abundance. Favorites include Hawaiian Poke Bowl, The Painted Pony and Cliffside Restaurant.  Here one can enjoy breathtaking red rock and valley views while relaxing on the outdoor deck.

St George offers all the best in cultural events.  Some of the local festivals include the annual St George Art Festival, the Redstone Highland Games and Festival, and the Shakespeare Festival, which is held in Cedar City.  Enjoy theater at the St George Musical Theater or the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater.

St George is a short drive to Vegas and to countless national parks and conservation areas.  Walking trails, hiking paths and horse back riding trails are plentiful, making this both a wonderful place for tourism, and an even better place to live!
